Disney has brought its free-to-play casual football game Disney Bola Football (or Soccer) over from Facebook to iOS and Android.

This probably isn't going to satisfy those of you who enjoy the ultra-competitive football game experience of, say, FIFA 14.

However, Disney Bola Football should appeal to anyone who enjoys building a team, rising through championships, and earning cups. It has an appealing cartoon-style look you'd expect from Disney, too.

The controls are pretty intuitive. You tap a player to pass the ball to them, or to tackle them if it's one of the opposition.

To move a player to a certain spot you just swipe in that direction. Shooting is managed by holding your finger down on the goal. It's very easy to pick up.

It's an ideal game for playing while waiting for a bus, or any other spare moments, hence the Quick Match mode exists.

But if you're looking for something to invest more time into, then you'll want to check out the game's Solo Mode. This has you take a team from the bottom right to the top of the Global Championship (if you have the skills).

You'll have to improve each of your player's skills in defence, speed, tactics, intelligence and attack to form your dream team. You'll also want to get a sponsor to earn "Bollars" and access the tougher tournaments.

Disney Bola Football even has multiplayer if you do want it as well. You're able to take on other players to earn experience and rise up the leaderboards.

You can download Disney Bola Football for free on the App Store [download] and Google Play [download].
