That name again is Dawn of the Plow
You may be familiar with Dog Sled Saga - the refreshingly unusual take on the racing genre that was Kickstarted by Dan FitzGerald and Lisa Bromiel.
Well, while that game still awaits a release, FitzGerald's been working, solo, on a side-project called Dawn of the Plow. And yes, his trademark preoccupaton with snow and pixel art has been carried over.
Dawn of the Plow fulfills every gamer's wildest fantasy by putting you at the helm of a snow plow, and letting you clear the roads like a champ.
However, your boss, who appears to be more sack-happy than Alan Sugar, won't hesitate to unceremoniously give you the boot if you mess up. All to play for.
It's looking like a fun little arcade-ish distraction, plus the blocky art and blippy tunes have great charm. Even better, the trailer says that it'll be released on iOS and Android this month. We'll keep you posted.
