Cookie Run: Kingdom's latest update adds the English-language dub, two cookies and a PvP event

Devsisters' increasingly popular Cookie Run: Kingdom has released its latest update today. It sees the introduction of over 60 English voice actors, the arrival of two new cookies, and a brand new PvP limited-time event. Plenty to tuck into, then.

The English voice actor lineup is lead by Jeremy Shada (Adventure Time) as GingerBrave alongside Rosanna Pansino (Baketopia), InquisitorMaster, LilyPichu, KieraPlease, Khoi Dao, Zach Aguilar, Zeno Robinson, and OJ Gaming. We also unveiled some of the other vocal talent involved during one of our LaunchPad events. Meanwhile, Michael J Wilson, who has worked on Ice Age, Ice Age: Collision Course, and Shark Tale, had a hand in writing the script.

Discussing the English dub, Jongheun Kim, co-CEO of Devsisters, said: “Our diverse Cookie characters are at the heart of our game and really come alive with their unique voices and personalities. We are proud to be offering this brand new experience to the English-speaking players.”

Alongside the arrival of the English dub, two new cookies are now available in the ever-expanding roster. They are called Twizzly Gummy Cookie and Mala Sauce Cookie. Their introduction to Cookie Run: Kingdom brings the total number of cookies to 61, with even more expected in future updates.

Finally, players can also tackle a limited-time event called Super Mayhem: Dragon's Valley. It is a PvP experience that sees players creating three teams of five before battling against another person's squad. So, if you have been hoping for more online events, this sounds like the perfect game mode for you.

Cookie Run: Kingdom is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It is a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
