Who is the mysterious Capcom character set to kick ass in arcade beat-'em-up Combo Crew?

A mystery challenger is all set to make its debut in The Game Bakers's Silver Award-winning Streets of Rage-inspired "blast-from-the-past" arcade beat-'em-up Combo Crew.
According to The Game Bakers, said character is somebody with whom you might already be familiar. That's because this upcoming challenger has appeared in a Capcom game or two.
As you can probably tell, we're not quite sure which Capcom character will soon become part of the Combo Crew roster.
