Club Penguin, the popular children's MMO, arrives on Android

Club Penguin is now available on Google Play, an Android version of Disney's popular browser-based MMO for kids.

The family-friendly world of Club Penguin is coming up on its tenth birthday next October.

It offers a variety of mini-games, opportunities to socialize, and more, with membership granting additional features, such as customization options.

Club Penguin is meant for children ages 6 to 14, with several chat filters and moderators in place to ensure safety.

Despite this, the game has had its share of internet jokesters looking to test the limits of these precautions. Most are promptly banned.

As always, exercise caution with your children's internet activities.
