CoD veteran Robert Bowling steps back into the war zone with tactical smartphone strategy game Breach & Clear
A strategic mobile shooter co-created by ex-
Call of Duty dev Robert Bowling and going by the name of
Breach & Clear will blast onto Android and iOS devices this spring.
Rather than just kicking in doors and mowing down all occupants
Commando-style, you have to plan tactical assaults on enemy positions in
Breach & Clear.
According to first-time publisher Gun Media,
Breach & Clear is all about details. So, you will be able to customise your weapon loadout, your special ops units, and your battle plan to suit each mission.

To ensure both the hardware and tactical details were spot on, the
Breach & Clear team studied CQB theory and enlisted the help of active special ops agents.
With
Breach & Clear, Bowling - whose own studio Robotoki is developing apocalyptic survival game
Human Element for mobiles - hopes to successfully transfer the design principles of big-budget games console games to the mobile space.
Despite the fact that it will be a free-to-play mobile title, Bowling says
Breach & Clear will feature "the depth and progression you'd expect from a AAA console release".
Breach & Clear will go live simultaneously on Android and iOS this spring.
