Blue Archive adds new character Marina on top of a recurring recruitment event and more

Nexon has launched a new update for mobile RPG Blue Archive, letting players go back and relive their experiences with the “A Revolutionary Ivan Kupala” story event. Additionally, players can welcome Marina from the Red Winter Federal Academy into the fray as a new playable character.

In Blue Archive's latest update, players can look forward to a new piercing-type striker on top of a redux of “A Revolutionary Ivan Kupala”. The “Red Winter Federal Academy” affiliated Piercing-type Striker Cherino's Recruitment is also making a comeback.

New character “Marina”, on the other hand, is affiliated with the “Red Winter Federal Academy” as well, and her EX skill can unleash firepower proportional to her ATK. She can also reduce her enemies' “Recovery Boost” for 30 seconds.

As for special in-game goodies, clearing Event Story No.1 “Ivan Kupala Festival Street” will reward players with the “Red Winter Federal Academy” affiliated Explosive-type Special Student “Nodoka”. “Secret Tech Notes”, “Eimi's Eleph”, “Superior Fusion Keystone” and “Superior Activity Report” are up for grabs as well for players who take part in the new “Joint Firing Drill” and exchange their “Joint Firing Drill Coins”. To top it all off, there's a special a “10-Recruitment Ticket” waiting for all players who log in before October 25th.

Blue Archive is available to download on the iOS App Store and on the Google Play Store for Android devices. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
