Nexon has announced a new update for Blue Archive, the studio's mobile RPG, letting players experience the new story event “The Clumsy Sister and the Magician of The Old Library”. There will be two new student characters joining the fray, as well as a new adventure and a crafting system called “Material Fusion”.

In the latest update for Blue Archive, players can look forward to welcoming students Hinata and Ui. In particular, these two will boast their own unique abilities that prove useful on the battlefield. As an explosive-type striker student, Ui reduces the skill cost of one ally with her EX skill, as well as boosts their attack for a limited time. On the other hand, Hinata of the Sisterhood can damage foes proportional to her attack with her EX skill across five circular ranges.

Additionally, the new “Material Fusion” system will enable players to create up to three items at the same time. Plus, players will also be able to score special in-game goodies simply by logging in before October 11th, where a “10-Recruitment Ticket” is up for grabs.
