What is CHIMPS mode in Bloons TD 6?
It is the last level of the game, which is considered the most difficult to complete because of the challenges and conditions it has. It stands for “No Continues, no Hearts Lost, no Income, no Monkey Knowledge, no Powers, and no Selling. Unlike other levels, CHIMPS mode has certain rules to follow to play it.What are the rules in CHIMPS mode?
In total, there are five rules which you must follow:- A player gets only a single life to complete the level. Make sure none of your Bloons go down or else you’ll have to start from the beginning again.
- There are very limited bonuses attached to each round and money generation towers. such as Banana. don’t work
- You can’t use Monkey Knowledge to boost your troops
- At the start of the game, power-ups are disabled until the end
- You can’t trade any of the towers during the match
Strategy to beat BTD 6 CHIMPS Mode
As you might have guessed after reading this mode’s rules, the key to winning is choosing a perfect and balanced team of Bloons. By this we mean, your troops must contain both attack and support Bloons. The attacking Bloons have more offensive stats while lacking defence, so they need to be backed up by the supporting Bloons from the back-line.In addition, you should select Bloons which have late-game damage. CHIMPS mode has around a hundred levels and the difficulty increases gradually. If you have troops with damage that scales up in the late game, then there is a high chance you can survive during the late game challenges.

One of the best Bloons for outplaying the enemy, whether they have aerial or ground troops. These Bloons deal unreal damage and have a decent amount of sustain. However, you need to place them tactically as they can’t switch targets quickly.

The best counter for Frozen or Lead Bloons. These Bloons shoot spikes at the enemy, regardless of their position. One must use these as they can detect Camo Bloons, which is very common in CHIMPS mode.

Monkey Buccaneers are way too good on the waters. If you have maxed and equipped them with the best gear, rest assured the victory is yours. They can shoot sharpened grapes and have a very wide range. On top of that, just like Spike Factory, they can also detect Camo Bloons.

The Alchemist

Monkey Village

Its primary role is to buff nearby towers, allowing them to utilise the upgrades and get a wider attack range. It can also attack the enemy Bloons but the damage isn’t great compared to others. If you have upgraded the Monkey Village, it can also disrupt the enemy Bloon’s HP Regen and growth.
