Black Desert Mobile's latest update sees Path of Glory Season 3 get underway

Pearl Abyss has announced that their popular MMORPG Black Desert Mobile's latest update will see Path of Glory Season 3 get underway today with a few changes compared to earlier instalments. Elsewhere, a new level of Alchemy stone has been added that provides powerful buffs.

If you're unfamiliar with Path of Glory, it's a popular PvE game mode in Black Desert Mobile that multiple classes from a family can take part in. During the mode, adventurers must protect a castle gate from increasingly difficult and powerful waves of enemies.

Players can select up to six classes from their family roster, taking into consideration the various skills and abilities at their disposal. Since each level will provide different challenges it'll be important to bring a good mixture of characters. Emerging victorious will net players an Emblem item that will grant combat and defence buffs to all characters within a family.

Also in this latest season is Rift 10, the new highest difficulty setting that can be found in Path of Glory. As you'd likely expect, enemies will be more powerful and tougher to take down than ever before, but the rewards are equally more potent, so it might be worth accepting the challenge.

Elsewhere, a new Alchemy stone is also being introduced in the latest update. Primal Alchemy stones will now be the highest tier and players will be able to craft them using Lapiz lazuli and Secret Book. To collect these crafting materials, players will need to head into Hadum's Realm.

Black Desert Mobile is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
