The next Big Indie Pitch will be at GDC next month
|

Mark your calendars - the next Steel Media Big Indie Pitch is going to be held at GDC in March.

Why should you care?

Well, ever since the Big Indie Pitch was conceived by Steel Media's most powerful American, a.k.a. Jeff Scott of 148Apps, this regular event has delivered a steady stream of interesting new games to the pages of Pocket Gamer and its sister sites.

Just look at them all, here and here and here and here.

Blood and sweat

In case you don't know, The Big Indie Pitch is a bit like speed dating... but with slightly less marital aspiration and slightly more video games enthusiasm. The amount of armpit sweat is exactly the same, though.

If you're an indie developer and you're going to be in San Francisco on March 20th, you really ought to come along and show us what you're working on.

And if you're working on a kids' game, you really, really ought to come, because there's also going to be a dedicated Big Indie Pitch Junior, sponsored by Rovio in connection with its new kiddie-centric publishing initiative.
