Thwack balls into whale blowholes in silly sports game Battle Golf
From the dude who did Wrassling
Colin Lane's manic multiplayer chip-in challenge Battle Golf is out now on iOS and Android.
The game is about trying to chip balls into holes, which rise out of the ocean on tiny islands (or, sometimes, octopuses and whales). It's all done through one button, with a simple power-meter system.
You can play against the clock, or against an opponent. Things get interesting in multiplayer as you can choose to spend a ball knocking out your opponent, which gives you a few free seconds to make the perfect putt.
The game is free and quite brilliant - as you should expect from the brains behind Wrassling. Check out Peter's hands-on video above for the full lowdown.
