Auro is a game we've had our eyes on for a while now.

It's from the developer behind 100 Rogues and Empire, and we've just found out it's set to hit the App Store and the Google Play Store on July 1st.

From the beta footage in the trailer above it certainly looks impressive, and appears to have an intriguing 'pushing monsters into puddles' mechanic at its core. That's something we can all get behind.

It'll feature procedurally generated levels, a thick campaign mode, and loads of enemies with different attack patterns and special moves you'll need to learn in order to nudge them off the map.

It all looks like a remarkably interesting mix of tactics, boardgame visuals, and pushing people over. All of which make for great video game fun.

We will, of course, let you know when we get any more information about Auro.
