Asphalt 6: Adrenaline HD zips onto Android

Gameloft has launched the latest iteration of its street racing franchise Asphalt on its Android store.

Asphalt 6: Adrenaline HD is a Burnout-style arcade racer that sees you driving a series of exotic cars across equally exotic locations, ranging from the Bahamas to LA, picking up boost icons, and driving dangerously.

One of the new features in Asphalt 6 (along with the improved graphics) over the previous title in the series is Adrenaline mode, which is activated when your boost gauge is full.

This not only super-charges whatever vehicle you’re driving but also turns the screen into Tron-like fluorescent colours, which looks rather fancy.

Asphalt 6: Adrenaline HD is out now on the Gameloft web store for £3.00/ $4.99. We’ll have a review of the game on site soon.
