After a lengthty delay, Age of Empires: Castle Siege is finally out on Android

It took its sweet time but the "sort of" RTS Age of Empires: Castle Siege has finally made its way to Android after being out since July 2015 on iOS.

I avoid using the word RTS because,as you'd expect, this Age of Empires doesn't feature the classic gameplay that you might expect from such a franchise.

Instead, it's quite a lot like Clash of Clans in that you attack other forts (here castles) with the units that you bring before each mission. You'll also have to build your own castle and improve its defenses.

The difference is that you control your units on the battlefield, opening a much larger variety of tactics and possibilities. It seems like it has garnered a positive reception when it landed on iOS so do check it out if you're interested.
