Adobe updates Android Flash Player to support Ice Cream Sandwich OS
|

Late last month, we reported that Adobe's Flash Player wasn't compatible with the Ice Cream Sandwich Android OS, which powers the likes of Samsung's Galaxy Nexus.

If that lack of support affected you, you'll probably be glad to read that Adobe has finally updated its plug-in to play nice with Google's Android 4.0.

The developer of the Flash Player announced back in November that it would no longer be updating its client, and that it would instead aggressively contribute towards the Apple-favoured HTLM5 platform. This will, therefore, be the last major update.

Security patches will, however, still be released if they're needed to bolster defences.
