ATV Offroad Fury accelerates onto mobile
Glu's version of console racer gathering pace
We first caught sight of ATV Offroad Fury at this year's E3 show, when Glu Mobile first announced it was working on a mobile version of Sony's PS2 and PSP off-road racing sim.
We've now bagged more info and screenshots on what's shaping up to be a cracking game. Like its closest rival Freestyle Moto-X II, it's a side-on racer with the emphasis on tricks, stunts and enormous jumps.
The game will include five different environments to race in, and you'll have to beat your competitors to the finish line, as well as racking up a high score as a result of your stunt prowess.
Glu is also promising the ability to customise your ATV as you go along – you'll upgrade it to keep pace with the ever tougher tracks.
ATV Offroad Fury is due out in September, on the same day as the next console version of ATV Offroad Fury, complete with codes to unlock new features in the console game.
