Cor, the '80s were great, weren't they? Shell suits, Phil Collins, yuppies… Actually, they were pretty dreadful, come to think of it.

Yet that hasn't stopped Finnish studio Mr. Goodliving from releasing 80's Pinball, which, the company says, combines great graphics and gameplay with, and we quote, "the glamour, glitz and good looks" of the decade millions would like to forget.

The game is out now, and is based on the company's own pinball engine, which has previously seen action in the excellent Metal Smash Pinball, which had less 80s stuff and more giant, angry robots.

"Pinball is an ideal game for the mobile platform with worldwide recognition, simple controls and wide playability for simple-to-complex handsets," says Niko Leskinen, the game's producer. That'll be why Mr. Goodliving is also releasing a football-themed version, Hat Trick Pinball, and a revved-up racer version, GTi Pinball, then, each of which are available now.
