We'll be honest: if a woman came up to us talking about her "naughty bow-wow", we'd be a bit worried.

Thankfully, in the case of 7th Space's heroine Lea, she's talking about a badly-behaved dog. At least, we hope she is.

The game sees you trying to find said pet pooch, while also rescuing an entire planet from captivity. The result is an adventure game filled with traps and monsters, set in and around a space-age jail complex.

The game is the work of developer Gidax and is out now.

Related to this, the company is releasing another game through OrangePixel, too, called Druid, which is more fantasy-based.

You play a mystical druid who's capable of turning into a dragon, fighting off monsters. It looks pretty similar to 7th Space, if we're honest, except more castle-y.

Both games will be available as free ad-funded versions in the coming weeks, alongside their commercial releases.
