Transformers fans living in the UK will have to brave the aisles Toys"R"Us if they're eager to pick up a copy of Transformers Prime: The Game.
In an arrangement between Activision and Toys"R"U, the US-based retailer will be the exclusive seller of the DS and Wii U versions of Transformers Prime: The Game.
The DS version of Transformers Prime: The Game is available for sale this weekend, while the Wii U version will launch on November 30th as part of the new console's launch line-up.
But where are the fans?
Yet the audience for the game in the UK maybe a bit limited. This is largely because Transformers Prime - the latest animated series in the Transformers universe - only airs on Cartoon Network.
The result, as MCV points out, is a noticeable lack of an audience for the show and its associated merchandise that lags far behind the popularity of Michael Bay's blockbuster Transformers trilogy.
It makes sense, then, for Activision to embed Transformers Prime: The Game at Toys"R"Us where it will hopefully see stronger sales from curious consumers.
For fans of Transformers living in the United States, Transformers Prime: The Game is currently available for purchase from any major major retailer.
