Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call is dancing over from Japan to North America on 3DS

Square Enix has confirmed that its action-based rhythm game sequel Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call will be available in North America on 3DS later this year.

We first caught wind of Curtain Call last year when it was confirmed for the Japanese market. Unfortunately, there's no mention of it heading to Europe yet, but we can live and hope after the recent North America-based news.

Curtain Call continues the musical battles of the Silver Award-winning Theatrhythm Final Fantasy. This time around, there are 221 songs and over 60 characters from the entire Final Fantasy series.

There are also two new game modes. Versus Battle Mode lets you take on other players. You'll need to have two copies of the game and two 3DS consoles for this mode.

Quest Medley Mode turns Final Fantasy songs into short, medium, and long quests. You can also share these quests with friends.

You're also now able to pre-order Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call on the North American Square Enix store. It will also be available to pre-order through Amazon soon. The full price is $39.99.

If you want more information on the game, then you can find it on its website.
