Shin Megami Tensei IV: Final will be released in English but only in North America for now

Atlus has announced that Shin Megami Tensei IV: Final is getting ported west under the name Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse but only in North America for now.

In case you didn't know, it's an entirely new game set in the world of Shin Megami Tensei IV that came out in Japan on February.

As usual, you'll hunt, recruit and fuse demons in a huge city. Here, you'll have to choose between anarchy and peace to end the war between gods.

The game will be entirely in English.

The name has been changed to better reflect the epic nature of the game's story apparently as Final wasn't conveying it enough.

It's coming out this summer on 3DS for $49.99.
