If you haven't been following the Rhythm Heaven series (known as Rhythm Tengoku in Japan), you're missing on simply the best rhythm game ever. That's right, best. Ever.
Luckily, Rhythm Tengoku Gold or Rhythm Heaven Megamix here is both a great start for newcomers and a delightful treat for fans of the franchise. It's a collection of nearly all the songs of the GBA, DS and Wii titles in a neat package containing new remixes and songs. It's especially great since the GBA version never got released outside of Japan.
I've played the entire game when it came in Japan and it's a blast.
If you're in the U.S, the game's actually available now via the eShop. It's digital only but it's better than nothing. If you live in Europe, you'll have to wait October 21st but you'll get both a physical and digital version of the game.
As a nice surprise, fans have found that the game actually contains dual audio tracks as the Japanese voices are included so it's almost two games in one!
