Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon gets a Special Demo Version later this month

Today The Pokemon Company International shared a few pretty exciting facts with us for the last games in the franchise, Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon – including a new video.

Let's start with the most exciting news that the company unveiled Pokemon Sun and Moon's Special Demo Version, which will shortly be available starting from the 18th October. This'll introduce you guys to the Alola region and feature Ash-Greninja, the Pokemon which appears alongside Ash in the TV series, XYZ. Don't worry, once the game launches on the 23rd November, you'll be able to transfer your Ash-Greninja to the full version.

As for the new video, we're introduced to the evolved forms of three first-partner Pokemon, Dartrix, Torracat, and Brionne. We're also given an insight into the Festival Plaza segment in which we can interact with other players in-game and complete requests to earn festival coins. These coins can then be spent to improve your Pokemon's wellbeing, and much more.

Check out the new video below and mark the 18th October in your diaries for a taste of what's coming next month. We can hardly wait.
