Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth lets you create your own personal Teddie harem
Harem scare 'em
Atlus already gave us a pretty good idea of what we can expect from the upcoming 3DS dungeon crawler Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth – but it left out the part about a Teddie Harem.
That's not a harem of girls having a party in teddies, mind, but rather a harem of girls in a party with Teddie - the unofficial mascot of the Persona franchise.
Confused? We've got you covered.
GamesInAsia reports that in Persona Q, you'll have the choice whether to play as either Persona 3 or Persona 4's protagonist at the start of the game.
As you play, you'll meet characters from both games and can form them into a party to create your ultimate dream Persona team. Teddie, however, asks that you keep his preferences in mind and place him in a team made up of the lovely ladies from both games.
Un-bear-ableThe storyline of Persona Q changes based on which game's hero you play as.
If you choose P3, events kick off when you're preparing for your school's culture festival. Things go pear-shaped when a mysterious bell summons your party to an equally mysterious school.
If you go the P4 route, you begin in Inaba during a culture festival - only you don't recognise any of the students. A mysterious bell tolls, shadows appear, and you join up with the P3 team.
No matter which path you take, you'll also run into two new characters - Rei and Zen - and you'll also probably think twice about participating in after school activities ever again.
Atlus likened Persona Q to Etrian Odyssey, and said the focus will be on dungeon crawling and exploration in a distinctly Etrian style.
It's due out for the 3DS in North America this Autumn, and we'll keep you updated with a release date when we have it.
