The imminent release of Game Gear titles Shinobi and Sonic Triple Trouble on the Nintendo eShop has been accidentally revealed by the ESRB.

Both titles were rated 'E for Everyone' by the US ratings board, which means they should be winging their way onto the 3DS’s eShop shelves soon.

Sega announced plans to bring fan favourites of its Game Gear library to Nintendo’s downloadable platform at last year’s Game Developers Conference (thanks, Nintendo Life).

Turbografix-16 games were also said to be heading to the eShop around the same time.

Five were due to launch with the service, including the titles listed above, but all of them failed to arrive on opening night.
