Limited edition Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D Nintendo 3DS console only available to winners of special raffle

If you've been eyeing up the limited edition Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D Nintendo 3DS system that we told you about earlier this month, you'll probably be disappointed to hear that it's going to be pretty tough to get your hands on one.

Why's that, then?

Well, for starters, this Metal Gear Solid 3DS bundle will only be available through the Konami Style store. Furthermore, you'll only be allowed to purchase the "snake pattern embossed" console if you're lucky enough to win a special raffle. Good luck with that one.

The raffle closes on February 3rd, and all the lucky winners will be notified on the 10th.

The limited edition console, which will launch in Japan on March 8th for ¥22,980, comes complete with a copy of Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D and two "clear files".

Unfortunately, it's still 'unclear' whether this bundle will be released outside of Japan. We have our fingers crossed.
