Updated April 19th, 9:23 AM: According to Nintendo Everything, Layton's Mystery Journey will be launching overseas on 3DS later this year.

The iOS/Android version is still set for a worldwide launch, and Japan will be getting the 3DS version, on July 20th.

Jeez, doesn't it just feel like forever since we heard anything about Lady Layton? It's good news today as the game'll be arriving on 3DS and mobile this July.

Now launching as Layton's Mystery Journey: Katrielle and The Millionaire's Conspiracy as opposed to its previous 'Lady Layton-esque' title, the launch date was revealed during the Japanese Nintendo Direct yesterday, which I'll link below.

The 3DS version will cost 4,800 yen (about £35) while the iOS and Android versions will cost about 1,900 yen (about £14) with item-based IAPs, but those are totally optional.

The mobile version will be releasing worldwide on July 20th and the languages supported are: Japanese, Italian, English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, and Korean. Though the 3DS version will lauch on July 20th only in Japan, a western version should also be on its way sometime in the future.
