123Play breaks into Europe
France, Spain, Italy and Germany get free ad-wrapped games
We’ve been watching as various mobile developers have added their games to 123Play.com’s roster of ad funded games over the last year or so, though we hadn’t actually realised there was no access from within Europe.
No longer. The ad-wrapped game supplier is now offering its catalogue of 80 free games across France, Germany, Italy and Spain, with titles from the likes of Digital Chocolate, Hands-On, Player X, Fishlabs, RealArcade, InFusio and more.
The games begin by displaying an advert, then require you to watch another couple of ads when the game shuts down. A tad irksome, admittedly, but considering it means you get the full game for free, it’s a pretty fair deal and has proven massively popular with pocket gamers.
