We hope your last puzzle game didn't frazzle your brains; just as soon as you knock one down another takes its place to divert you.

Puzzle Mania 2 is THQ Wireless' latest brainteaser. The sequel to – hang on, that's too easy a puzzle. (You're stuck? The clue is in the name!)

Anyway, in this sequel you have to clear away all stones in a level by moving identical stones so they touch each other. They then disappear.

If only housework was as simple as the immutable rules of puzzle games. Things are slightly complicated here by the laws of gravity, however, which also affects the movement of the stones.

The game features 135 levels to work through, three environments, and an always handy save game function. It's out first on T-Mobile later this month.

Sticking with THQ Wireless, we reviewed the publisher's Red Faction II and Marble Madness 3D titles ages ago, but delays mean they're only now getting released in these parts.

Red Faction II
launches in Europe next month, while Marble Madness 3D came out last week to coincide with the new wave of 3D capable handsets from Vodafone and O2 in the UK and Ireland. Click on the links for reviews.
