Pocket Mine 2 brings more tap-happy, chain explosion mining to iOS and Android

Pocket Mine 2 came out on iOS last week, and on Android the week before. We thought you should know as we didn't tell you at the time.
As is obvious from its title, Pocket Mine 2 is a sequel to the 2013 arcade miner. Yes, it's still free to play, and yes, you still tap blocks to mine them.
Your goal is to get as many resources as you can as you dig deep into the core of each island. This can be sped up by triggering dangerous chain explosions at your own risk.
If you're lucky, you'll find gear with which to customize your character's look.
You can also trade artefacts with friends, build up a deck of booster cards, and compete in daily challenges just like in Spelunky.
There should be more updates coming in regularly to add more things to do and explore. So, if you're into a long-haul mining adventure, Pocket Mine 2 may be worth a look.
