Death Squared is the perfect game to play with your significant other this Valentine's Day
If your relationship can survive it, you're golden
Ahh, now this is some great news! Death Squared's on its way to iOS later this week and I can only hope that it'll be as good as its Switch sibling.
Last summer Death Squared landed on the Switch and we thought it was proper top-notch, awarding it a near-perfect Gold Award and saying: "Fun to play with friends at home or on the go, it's an excellent game to have on hand for quick or longer sessions - so long as you can avoid shouting at each other."
Though the iOS version of the game will be limited to single or two-player cooperative, that doesn't matter. If SMG Studios can nail the on-screen controls and handle the port flawlessly we're in for another ringer.
Besides, what better way is there to test your relationship with your significant other than playing a highly-stressful and delicate cooperative puzzler?
Alright, alright, I'm joking. Playful fights aside, I really am looking forward to seeing the game perform on iOS as it still remains one of my favourite Switch party games to bust out after a few bevvies.
You can cuddle up with a blanket, a beer, and maybe that special someone when Death Squared launches on the App Store, February 14th. It'll be a premium title - SMG's first since OTTTD, and will be coming to Android later this year.
