New iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch games out this week - Dandara, Kitty Powers' Love Life, Darkside Detective, and more
Are you still there? I know it's Friday tomorrow, but we've still got a little bit to get through before you can get that lie-in and drink down those ice-cold beers you've been dreaming about since Monday.

My, my, the releases have been golden this week as we got a bunch we expected and some sudden contenders. There are good games, bad games, and all-over alright games, but which ones will be your favourites?
iOS/Android

Dandara
Dandara is a silky smooth 2D platformer which takes place in a troubled world on the brink of collapse. It's up to the fierce heroine, Dandara, to help rescue the oppressed citizens of Salt.

Dig Dog
This weird, adorable platformer will have you digging to discover treasure and bones as you make your way through multiple worlds. Mind those creatures though, they're not friendly!

[Exception]
Games where you have to beat the enemy aren't new by any means, but what if you could only control your hero by programming it to fight? This challenging AI programming game is certainly interesting, but it probably won't be for the faint-hearted.

Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition
Do I really need to introduce this to you? Oh, alright then. If you fancy playing FFXV but don't want to bother with the grinding side quests, this one's probably going to be your salvation.

Ink or Swim
Stay afloat and moving with perfectly-timed taps in this pretty, colourful game. Collect over 30 worlds, use carefully-timed power-ups to beat your enemies, and y'know just keep swimming.

Inochi
Battle the rust army in this awesome 3D turn-based fighter. Unlock new parts to customise/upgrade your AniMechs and experiment and perfect your growing list of moves and abilities.

Kitty Powers' Love Life
You're not only playing match maker this time around but also building and running a lovey-dovey village of newly matched couples. Keep an eye on your couples and coach them through some tricky situations, but it'll all be worth it the moment they say 'I do'.

Tabletopia
If you want an old-school board gaming experience with no AI to tell you what to do, this is your game. Choose between six games currently available with more on the way, and take part either solo or in pass & play modes.

True Legacy
This text-driven adventure game'll have you solving crimes in the future. Aside from its stunning Sci-Fi noir setting, you've also got an array of exciting puzzles to solve on your way to the answers.

Note - it looks like the game's a little broken at the moment, so maybe note down the title and come back to it when Blindfire's released a proper patch.

Weapon Shop
Either a shop simulator with a whole lot of RPG elements or an RPG with a lot of shop simulation elements, but a whole lot of fun regardless.

The X-Files: Deep State
Investigate cases of a paranormal nature and unravel a deadly conspiracy in this classified hidden object game. It may not be the most thrilling game of its genre, but it's free to play so give it a bash if you fancy it.

Nintendo Switch

ATOMIK: RunGunJumpGun
Do you fancy curling up with a tough-as-nails 2D platformer with a cast of colourful characters and an excellent score? It's loud, it's proud, it's unapologetic, and its controls are deceptively simple. It's a joy.

Crypt of the NecroDancer
Step to the beat in the hardcore, rhythm-based dungeon crawler and slay the NecroDancer to reclaim your heart.

The Darkside Detective
Jump in alongside Detective Francis McQueen, the leader of the underfunded Darkside Division as he investigates the cases no one else dares to.

Portal Knights
Head off on your own adventure in the 3D sandbox RPG and explore dozens of randomly-generated islands. You can either go it alone or join up with four friends in co-operative mode to restore peace to a chaotic world.
