RetroEpic Software is bringing its 2011 puzzler A Day in the Woods to iOS on April 2nd.

It has you guiding Little Red Riding Hood to her granny's house through a dangerous forest.

It's a sliding puzzler, so you have to move Red around on a grid with hexagonal tiles. Avoiding bears, spiders, and the Big Bad Wolf is a must.

Red isn't on her own, though. At times, you can call in the aid of beehives, bunny rabbits, and the woodcutter. You can also have Red collect flowers and berries along the way.

Compared to the PC version, this iOS take on the game has an updated wood-cut style art, new music, and 60 improved puzzles.

A Day in the Woods will cost £3.99 / $4.99 when it arrives on iOS on April 2nd. Check out its website for more information.
