This week on the PS Vita Store: Travel Bug, Puzziball, and Super Monkey Ball DLC
Drought
Remember how jam-packed last week's PS Vita Store round-up was? This week... not so much.
If last week was a roar, this week is a squeak.
If last week was a hot rod, this week is a clapped-out Mini.
If last week was... you get the general idea.
Still, let's have a browse around the Store, anyway, and see if we can pick out anything interesting worth purchasing.
Full-price releasesThere's one single new downloadable Vita game available this week in Europe, and it's called Travel Bug. It's a discovery app in which you look after a bug on a leaf, then travel around the real world and collect other bugs. It's free, so might as well grab it, eh.
On top of that, there's some fresh Super Monkey Ball: Banana Splitz DLC. It'll set you back £1.59, and might be worth a pop if you enjoyed the main game.
American Vita owners, on the other hand, get absolutely nothing. Sorry about that.
PlayStation Mobile releasesOnly one new PlayStation Mobile game this week, too.
Puzziball is a puzzle game about moving a ball around a maze of sliders, arranged in two layers. You can move the ball back and forth between the sliders by either tapping the screen or by using your Vita's motion sensor. Puzziball will cost you 79p, if you're interested.
On the PS minis front, say 'hello' to BreakQuest Bundle (2-in-1), which is priced £3.69. Perfect for those people who love Breakout. Which is probably not you.
PSP and PSone ClassicsGuess what? That's right: there ain't much to see here, either.
Those of you who reside in the US can pick up the PSP version of Phineas and Ferb Across the Second Dimension. Assuming that it's similar to the Nintendo 3DS title that I reviewed last year, this is one for the kids. That'll set you back $19.99.
Other than that, nada. Zilch. Zero. Nothing. Which feels strange after last week's mammoth selection.
Oh, well. Check back next week, though. Our fingers are crossed already.
