Completing the cycle, the DS retail game that was originally released as Maestro Green Groove, and then became the iPhone game Maestro Green Groove has now been released back onto DSiWare as Maestro Green Groove.

Either which way, it's a neat little musical platform adventure that has you strumming, running and tapping to the rhythm of a Bollywood musical orchestra which is reinterpretating classics such as Beethoven’s 5th Symphony, Chopin's Nocturne n°2 and Dvorak’s New World Symphony.

Indeed, taking the role of a conductor, your goal is to move wacky bird Prestro through each composition, sticking as close as possible to the original score as displayed on the screen in a musical notation meets platforming gameplay stylee.

It also uses the DSi microphone, allowing you to sing along with game - perhaps a mistake.

Maestro Green Groove is out now on the European DSi Shop.

You can get an idea how it plays in the following video (iPhone version).
