Worms World Party and Age of Empires III ‘Coming Soon’ to N-Gage
Pincer attack launched on N-Gage tacticians
In something of a strategic double-whammy, ‘Coming Soon’ pages for both Worms World Party and Age of Empires III have appeared on the official N-Gage site in recent days.
As you may recall, it looked at one point as if Worms would be canned for Nokia’s gaming platform, but a swift about-face from THQ ensured that sanity was restored.
The series’ instant accessibility and deceptive depths should hopefully sit very comfortably on N-Gage, and we would imagine that playing in landscape would offer tangible gameplay benefits, too.
Age of Empires, of course, is a heavyweight of a strategy series. The mobile version of Age of Empires III, whilst earning a Silver Award from us back in September 2007, is getting a bit long in the tooth now, so we’re expecting more than a simple port from Glu.
