As you might have expected considering this is an officially licensed game, Warner Bros together with the people at the Guinness World Records have come up with a neat marketing wheeze to promote their just released iPhone and iPod touch game,

Thus, the player who secures the most points by August 15, 2009 in the Video Game Score challenge in the app will be crowned the iPhone gaming champion and shortlisted for inclusion in the Guinness World Records 2010 Gamer's Edition book.
The Video Game Score competition can be found in the Cape Canaveral area of the game.
You will also have to register for the leaderboard system, which uses the GameSpy multiplayer and community platform employed by many PC and Nintendo Wii games. This is how your score is properly verified and recorded.
Indeed, apparently, this is the first time GameSpy's online technology has been used in an iPhone game. And in addition to the Word Record challenge, you can use it to hook into global, national, regional and buddy leaderboards to see how your score compares on the other 35 mini-games contained within the
Guinness World Records app.

thoroughly enjoyed the game with reviewer Keith Andrew commenting that it was a "fun-filled package to rival any party pack."
