Rolando 1.1 update contains extra levels

If you go to the App Store on your iPhone or iPod touch today you'll find a fairly exciting update waiting for you. ngmoco has bumped its world-beating puzzle platformer Rolando up to version 1.1.

The update promises to improve the game's physics and rendering engine, and - more substantially - it includes an extra five secret levels.

Earlier this year Subatomic Studios released a Fieldrunners 1.2 update that not only fixed bugs and refined code but added a whole new level and two extra towers. It seems developers are embracing the strategy of providing generous quantities of follow up content for free.
