Need for Speed debuts on N-Gage

The ever popular Need for Speed franchise has finally made its way over to N-Gage. Need for Speed Undercover is out now on the service, so head on over to the Arena to check out the trial version.

Careful though - the N-Gage blog says that it’s going to be “slamming gamers into the driving seat for a turbo-charged shot of auto adrenaline”.

Anyone who’s kept up to date with the series on mobile will know that they’re hugely entertaining games, with an emphasis on power sliding and speed-boosting rather than precise cornering. It should prove an interesting alternative to Asphalt’s slightly more sober stye.

There are eight cars to screech around in, including the Porsche 911 Turbo and the Nissan GT-R, and four environments to drive them in. McDonald’s car park isn’t one of them, strangely.
