Silver Award-winning Empire: The Deck Building Strategy Game has had its price slashed down to the eminently palatable 69p / 99c.

The game is all about keeping a crumbling state going for as long as possible. You'll need to claim resources, protect your lands from disgusting monsters, and scrap with the cards you earn as you play.

It's a game we're pretty fond of, and we described it as "a compelling catastrophe simulator masquerading as a strategy title," when we reviewed it, adding that "Empire is an entertaining game of endings."
