PETA releases yet another Pokemon parody game to send 'message' to monster-battling gamers

Those animal activists over at PETA do love making a good ol' parody video game, don't they?
Last year, you see, PETA grabbed the headlines by releasing Pokemon Black & Blue, a game designed to highlight the cruelty of animal mistreatment.
Guess what? Yep, PETA is at it again.
With the release of Pokemon X and Y less than a day away, PETA is back with its follow-up Pokemon parody. The weirdest thing about Pokemon Red, White, & Blue, however, is the fact it's really well made. No, seriously.
The idea behind this spoof game, apparently, is to shine a light on the perceived wrongdoings of fast food chain McDonald's. According to the maker of this game, meat eaters are evil and should all go vegan. Hmmm.
Much like last year's Pokemon Black & Blue, Pokemon Red, White, & Blue has been made with a bizarre level of precision.
And given this is from a company that, allegedly, thinks Pokemon is a game about animal entrapment, PETA sure does know a lot about the intricacies of Game Freak's battle systems.
You can play Pokemon Red, White, & Blue over at the PETA website right now. Be warned, however: the game contains some pretty graphic animal cruelty videos.
