That's no moon, it's a tower-builder! Disney Mobile and Nimblebit announce 8-bit style Tiny Death Star
Wave goodbye to your productivity
Star Wars branding isn't anything new when it comes to mobile games.
We've seen straight-up ports, 3D pinball tables, and - of course - an entire Angry Birds spin-off franchise all emblazoned with the words 'Star Wars', but a recently announced tower-builder by Disney Mobile might just be the Star Wars game that you're looking for.
Star Wars: Tiny Death Star is a collaboration between Disney Mobile and Tiny Tower creator Nimblebit. It'll feature adorable 8-bit depictions of your favourite Star Wars characters that gambol about as you build all sorts of Star Wars-y things like a new Death Star.
While the 8-bit aesthetic is reason enough to be excited about this one, you'll actually get to build a new Death Star - what more could you possibly want from a game?
We don't know much more about the game than this, unfortunately, so we'll be following news of Tiny Death Star closely and we'll be sure to update you when we learn of a release date.
At current, the best we have to go on is that it's coming out for mobile devices and that it'll "soon be available worldwide".
