Out at midnight: Feed a cuddly creature delicious sweets in Drop That Candy for iPad and iPhone

Candy - or sweets as normal people call it - isn't just a delicious way to make your teeth fall out. Nope, it's also an integral part of many iOS games.

And the latest in that sugar-coated line is hitting the UK and US App Stores at midnight tonight.

Greenfly Studios's Drop That Candy is a clever physics-puzzler with some neat ideas up 'its' sticky sleeve.

The game is all about feeding a greedy little creature lumps of brightly coloured sweets.

You drop the sweets towards the cat / dog / thing by connecting them in groups of two or more.

But this isn't just a matching puzzler, no. There are physics elements at play here, too, you see. And there are constraints on the number of taps you can use if you want to get the best scores.

It's incredibly well polished, and the art style contains just the right amount of cute to put a smile on your face.
