Naughty Dog confirms Jak and Daxter Trilogy is heading to PS Vita in June

Sony has confirmed that it will be porting its upcoming Jak and Daxter Trilogy to PS Vita in June.

We first heard a whisper about this platforming bundle jumping over to the handheld space when a listing for the Jak and Daxter Collection appeared on the ESRB website.

Well, Naughty Dog has finally put the rumours to bed by revealing the newly titled Jak and Daxter Trilogy (which will comprise Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, Jak II, and Jak 3) will definitely be making an appearance on Sony's portable powerhouse.

The Jak and Daxter series on PS2 received plenty of critical acclaim, and gave Naughty Dog a chance to cut its teeth in the world of 3D platforming.

Now, the team is probably best known for producing the massively popular Uncharted series for the PS3.

According to the EU PlayStation Blog, the Jak and Daxter Trilogy for Vita will retail for €29.99 / $29.99 (no UK price listed).
