Paradox Interactive releases jazz-infused 'pre-order' trailer for sci-fi boat blaster Leviathan: Warships

Paradox Interactive is now taking pre-orders for Pieces Interactive's upcoming turn-based sci-fi boat-battler Leviathan: Warship.

To mark this important waypoint on the game's voyage to iOS and Android waters, the Paradox team has released a surprisingly sexy trailer (below), voiced by one of those smoooooth late-night radio DJs. Or someone hired to sound like one.

In between bombarding us with a barrage of ship-related puns in the Leviathan: Warship trailer, Paradox reveals that the game will contain four gameplay modes; armour and weapon customisation; and, most importantly, lasers.

As well as boasting 11 types of ship and 16 different varieties of ship-to-ship weapon, Leviathan: Warships will enable iOS and Android users to play across platforms in both co-operative and versus modes.

You'll even be able to enter the battle arena with those landlubbing PC and Mac players. With lasers. Did we mention the lasers?

Though we still don't have a concrete release date for Leviathan: Warships, we reckon it will appear on the App Store and Google Play horizons sometime this year.
