Boo Seeker is an interesting augmented-reality title in which you use your iPhone's camera to scan your real-world surrounds for cute and cuddly monsters.

Once these critters are in your possession, you need to feed, water, and generally look after and play with them so that they don't become unhappy.

This Unity-powered title enables you to take photos of your favourite creatures and share them with the world via Facebook and Twitter.

If you've been on Facebook over the past week or so, you'll probably have seen this game in your News Feed. Everybody seems to be playing it.

For those of you who haven't / aren't, 4 Pics 1 Word is a puzzle game. In it, you're tasked with looking at four photos and working out what they have in common.

It's that simple. Except it's not. It's actually ruddy difficult.

Thankfully, when you do stumble across a puzzle you can't solve, you can post it straight to Facebook and seek help from your friends.
