Should be out later this year in Japan

Square Enix's RPG Bravely Default Flying Fairy receives new trailer

Another big announcement to come from Nintendo’s Japanese Nintendo Direct presentation was a new trailer for the augmented reality role playing game Bravely Default Flying Fairy.

E3 came and went without an update on Square Enix’s AR-heavy RPG, but the trailer shown added some new cutscene and gameplay footage to supplement what we already know about the game.

While Square Enix has not announced a formal release date for Bravely Default Flying Fairy, it did mention that it should be available in Japan by the end of 2012.

To-date, Square Enix has not confirmed that the game would come to Europe or North America

Get a job

Bravely Default Flying Fairy will feature a job system similar to Final Fantasies III, V, and XI. Similar to Final Fantasy V, the jobs in Flying Fairy are tied to – and unlocked by – crystals.

Siliconera reports that the traditional jobs of White Mage, Black Mage, and Monk are confirmed for Bravely Default Flying Fairy, as is the advanced job of Knight.
