Physics-based iOS bear bouncer Land-a Panda updated with new world, weapons, achievements
A Pand-emic of content
If you've exhausted your enthusiasm for the presentation but not the gameplay of Angry Birds, you may have taken a finger to endangered species-launching title Land-a Panda.
Big Pixel Studios's physics-based casual game, which scored an impressive Pocket Gamer Silver Award at review, has just been updated with a host of new content.
There's a new world called Miami Nights, which comes with new varieties of cannons, enemies, and pick-ups. There’s also a paid ‘unlock all levels’ option for those inept few who find firing a panda to safety totally impossible.
Land-a Panda tasks you with firing two pandas (named after the pandas at Edinburgh Zoo) across the screen avoiding spiked walls and moving obstacles like ghosts and birds.
Land-a Panda costs 69p/99c on iPhone and £1.49/$1.99 on iPad.
