Rhythm-shooter Kotomon from Rez, Lumines vets arrives on iOS

Earlier this morning, we told you that a new title from some of the designers behind rhythm-action titles Rez and Lumines was making its way to the App Store "soon".
We just didn't realise how soon.
The game, Kotomon, is now available to download for your iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.
This Universal app tasks you with sliding your finger along your device's screen in order to move the game's hero and nab friendly monsters, before tapping on your display to fire the little blighters.
These monsters all have unique abilities. For example, some will fly furiously around your screen like an out-of-control rocket, while others will detonate on impact.
Every move you make throughout this game adds a beat to the background music, meaning you can influence the soundtrack as you play.
Kotomon is currently available for the special launch price of £1.99 / $2.99 but this price will rise to £2.49 / $3.99 after a short promotional period comes to a close.
